CRA Project Management Reporting System

Many projects were done for CRA, the most recent being the development of a project roll-up and reporting system for the Automated Benefits Application project. Using Microsoft Project, the system rolls up all the Provincial, Territorial, and Headquarters sections of the ABA project into a simple report to show project status, issues, risks and action items. The file can hyperlink to all the associated documents, spreadsheets, emails, web sites and so forth.
