PMP (Projecfour or five day course to get you ready for the exam (depending on PM experience). We also teach a 3 day CAPM course. The course is based on the latest version of the PMBOK.
We cover the PMBOK nine knowledge areas and five processes. Practice questions are used extensively to prepare. Practical class exercises reinforce the knowledge. A one-hour practice exam is done at the end of class.
