Paul Adler

Paul S. Adler is a certified Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) with over thirty years of IT-related business experience. He has managed numerous software and course development projects and has been involved in all aspects of the systems development life cycle. He is particularly experienced with establishing Project Management Offices in which project management tools and techniques are utilized on a consistent basis to plan, monitor and report on systems integration and IT-related projects. He also specializes in project management software tools, specifically Microsoft Project.

He has expertise in software development using standard Life Cycle (SDLC) Management in order to deliver reliable, maintainable, and portable software systems, within scope, time and budget. He has used standards based on the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Models (CMMs), the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK), and the IEEE Software Engineering Standards.
