PMP certification is internationally recognized and respected. The PMP accreditation proves your knowledge and experience to potential clients and employers.
This PMP exam prep course teaches PMI®’s terminology, processes and knowledge areas as outlined in the PMBOK™ V5. It is designed to help you pass the 200-question exam covering the 5 project management processes, (initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close) 9 knowledge areas and professional responsibility. Participants learn valuable strategies for exam taking, and have the opportunity to put them into practice on a one hour practice examination. Being familiar with the format and type of questions is paramount to passing the exam.
Since Mr. Rakos is an experienced Project Manager, this course will also have real-life examples of good project management practices.
Duration: 5 days (length can be customized, e.g., 4 days for experienced PM’s)
Contact Hours: 35 which is required for taking the exam.
