In the recent past, it has been proven that IT projects are more prone to failure than any other type of project. This workshop teaches how to run an IT project according to the standards published in the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge. Case studies and examples from real projects are presented throughout, and many class workshops are used to give practical experience.
